Cleanlness below par, on the whole uninviting and appeared uncared for. Positive: The pool, location central, close to tram. However would not stay here again. Negative: No outside furniture for the courtyard, which was covered in leaves, walls and fridge had dirty marks as did table mats and chairs. Dirty marks above the bed. Fridge had sticky marks all over it. Thick dust on the bedside table No plug for sink. Very hard to open screen door. 2 king singles pushed together, thats ok, however there was a leg missing on one of the beds, was in a bedside drawer, so the bed was uneven. Sofa uncomfortable. Collecting the key was an absolute nightmare, go to lockbox …a few miles away from the location. On foot its a long way. Keys were not in lockbox even after after second try, then someone said go into reception where the keys were.

Positive: Pool Negative: TV didn’t work properly, cold with only one tiny spare blanket, heater didn’t work properly, bathroom unclean and glass door and tiles sub par and in need of re do

Not bad Positive: The location was perfect. Close to all public transport & shops Negative: Nothing
