Fine Positive: Property was fine. I didn't realise it was up 3 stories Negative: The stairs

Great place to stay but key collection and drop off process is frustrating and could be improved. Positive: Good location - quiet and close to the beach with a few good cafes and eating options in walking distance. Near and tidy apartment that was well equipped. Negative: The pool could have been a bit cleaner and a blind on the kitchen window is needed to keep out the morning sun for those who want a sleep in. The key collection and drop off process was frustrating. The address sent to collect the keys from did not match the actual location - being a bit familiar with the area and previewing on Google Maps, I was able to work it out and had to get confirmation that the location was a 7eleven shop. It would also be helpful in initial messages to know that you are sent an access code after 3pm on the check in day to have to give to the store person for the keys to be issued. When dropping keys off you have to take a photo of them and send it to the property manager/ communications contact number. Key location is a 7 minute drive from the property and with the Gold Coast highway tram works it’s a messy drive. It would be so much better to have keys available from the attended office at the property or in a locked box and then code sent to you. I checked out on Sunday and am still waiting 5 days later to get my $300 security deposit returned.

Positive: Walking distance to patrolled beaches. Spacious apartment. Air-conditioned. Clean. Was great having a laundry in the apartment. One of the door handles broke off the bathroom door while we were there and it was quickly fixed by the operators. It's important to note though that the staff working at the actual complex don't have anything to do with the bnb apartments so they were no help with any issues. Negative: Dryer was turned on as we went to bed but malfunctioned and didn't turn off. Our clothes were well and truly dry by the morning. Pool in the complex isn't well maintained. There's a lot of scum build up around the tiles and the colour of the water was off.

Positive: Good location Negative: Not much available amenities in the apartment. Basic cutlery. Could have provided more for a weeks stay. Higher floor than the advert suggests we would be.

Healing sanctuary, spacious and amongst nature. Positive: Fantastic place, close to the beach and great facilities. Has a very lovely homely feel and such a beautiful setting. I think the apartment has everything you need for a relaxing break, working holiday or just an escape. The pool is an added bonus and the lovely trees around the apartment mean you can watch the birds and listen to the wildlife. I highly recommend this place and it’s worth every penny! Negative: No negatives. I liked the apartment and it is so close to the beach and you can make the most of all the facilities.
