Penthouse with roof top deck

Dirty Property, extremely over priced for what you actually get. Owners need to really clean it up. Positive: Key collection was simple, in a lock box Negative: APPALLING - The property that is advertised and what we turned up to are definitely not the same, very misleading and false advertising, the photos must be very old, as it does not reflect what we stayed in. The property was dirty- Dirty pads in the bathroom bin, dental floss sticks on the ground, dirty sheets on beds one that was covered in sand, air conditioner that didn't work, window that couldn't close as there was no latch. Holes in the roof as you exit the lift, mop, bucket, vac all left in front of the door. Very disappointing start to our holiday, lucky this was for one night. Considering what you pay - as you think you are staying in a "penthouse" extremely over priced for what you actually get. Owners need to really clean it up. I would not recommend this place - Its a thumbs down from us!

Disaster don’t book here Positive: This place was the worst Appartment we have ever stayed in.Do your self a favor and avoid it at all costs. Dangerous and the dirtiest place you will ever experience. Negative: It had 100mm of black water in the bottom of the dishwasher, the oven had food still in it, the air conditioners have never been cleaned they were black inside. Not all the aircons worked properly.The Dryer was full with lint a fire hazard waiting for you. The TV didn’t work couldn’t switch it on . The decking upstairs had rotted and broken sections with nails showing. Some of the windows didn’t have handles so couldn’t close. Door couldn’t open going onto balcony from bedroom. Dirty windows. The best off all the exposed wires hanging down in the kitchen and living room next to the blinds that didn’t work. I’m not an expert but I think this place must have been illegal to even hire out. Maybe this could be okay in another country but not in Australia . We had no option to change to another room or couldn’t move to another building there were no options and very expensive during New Year’s Eve. So we had to stay. We asked for compensation but was refused. We will be taking this further. Hopefully no one else stays there , there could be fire with the exposed wires. Thinking back maybe should have just left slept in the car luckily there was no fire.We have another 16 photos of this disaster but couldn’t upload them.
